How do you assess the condition of a timepiece?

At The Collector’s Dial, we use the following terms to describe the condition of our watches, ensuring you have a clear understanding of their quality:

  • Unworn: The timepiece has never been worn and shows no signs of use.
  • Excellent: The watch displays minimal signs of wear and is free from any noticeable dents or dings.
  • Very Good: The watch may have minor signs of wear, including small dents, dings, or slight scratches on the crystal.
  • Good: Visible signs of wear are apparent, and the watch may require servicing in the near future. The crystal may show scratches or chips.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Other Payment Methods upon Request
What is your return policy?

At The Collector’s Dial, we encourage buyers to carefully select their desired model before completing a purchase. Returns will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the item if it is not as described. Please note:

  • Returns for reasons of “buyer’s remorse” will not be accepted.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent, including all accompanying materials.
How do you handle shipping?
We offer secure and reliable shipping for all orders:

  • Domestic Shipping: Overnight delivery for quick and safe arrivals.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and applied per order, not per item.

Can I place an item on hold?

Due to high demand, The Collector’s Dial does not hold items. We recommend acting quickly if you find a timepiece you love!
